Well Diva Lifestyle has some new friends! Calling all Bay Area Well Divas! Whole Foods Oakland has invited us to join them this Saturday, September 20, for brunch and a talk on Detox for a Diva, my signature program which starts on the 29th. I’m so excited and I really want to see you there! I’m told there is only space for 20 of you and the RSVP list is full, but you know how that goes. A few cancellations and a couple of no-shows and voila! A number of empty seats. So I suggest you get on over to Whole Foods before 10am and grab yourself a spot.
Our other friend, not quite so new to me but new to Well Diva, is Urban Faith Magazine. With more than 10,000 readers, I’m so happy to be a part of this faith based magazine. “Renée has written for Urban Faith for a little over two years. Her content has always challenged readers to connect spirituality and health in transforming ways. I really appreciate her heart and passion for wellness. It’s a message everyone needs to hear and we’re honored to have her as one of our regular contributors” says John Richards, Jr., associate director of adult content development for Urban Ministries, Inc.
It’s my mission to reach out to my sisters and remove barriers that hinder us from living a fully blessed life. One barrier that we don’t hear about often is a lack of self esteem. When you love yourself, you take good care of yourself on the inside, mentally and physically. That’s one of the principles of the Detox for a Diva (D4D) program.
If you’re interested in learning about detoxing, and specifically Detox for a Diva, but you’re not able to make it to Whole Foods on Saturday, I’m also offering a free tele-seminar on Sunday the 21st at 6pm Pacific, 8pm Central, 9pm Eastern. Just click here to claim your space in the tele-seminar. And be sure to share this with a friend!
