If we haven’t met, I’m Renée M. Simpson, RDN, Registered Dietitian, Public Health Nutritionist, plant based chef and owner of Well Diva Lifestyle and Fly Life Travel. I invite you to experience my exclusive Well Diva Weekend event. I've combined the best of my travel experiences with my nutrition, wellness and culinary expertise to bring you a transformative 4 days you won't forget. I'm very passionate about the health of my sisters, so I created this unique experience just to meet your needs. So grab your girlfriends and let's go! Or come along solo, even better for you. Either way, you won't be disappointed. This experience will be life changing. I'm so glad you chose to do this for yourself!
Space is limited and this event WILL sell out.
"Whether you visit Sedona for the art, the hiking or the positive energy coming off the "vortexes," this Arizona town has an undeniable magical quality. With the pine-tree forests to the north in Flagstaff and the desert metropolis of Phoenix to the south, Sedona offers a gorgeous intersection of landscapes and elevation, with glowing red-rock formations and a milder climate than what many travelers expect from Arizona. It's easy to take day trips into Phoenix or even to the Grand Canyon, but plenty of people, once they get to Sedona, just want to commune with nature and soak up the serene vibes."

Arrive in Sedona and check in to your room at the Orchards Inn. Once you’re unpacked join us for our Welcome Well Diva event. Then retreat to your comfortable room (with fireplace, balcony and an amazing view) to get rested up for the early morning activities.
Day 2 – Saturday, February 3
Stop by 89 Agave for breakfast then head over to the start line of the Sedona Marathon. Run a 5k, 10k, half marathon, full marathon, or be there to cheer the Well Divas on – your choice. For those not running, you may choose to do a hike and take in the breathtaking views around the resort. After your run/hike, you may choose to retreat to the sister resort spa at L’Auberge de Sedona for a relaxing afternoon. After a blissful spa experience, return to your room to take some time to rest up for the evening. We will end the evening with our Well Diva dinner and Well Diva Renewal Session.
Day 3 – Sunday, February 4
Rise early and join the Well Divas for a morning yoga session. Then get ready for a fabulous plant based cooking session and brunch. After brunch you’re free to continue to explore Arizona – suggested – hot air ballooning or wine tasting, or venture out to the Grand Canyon. As the resort is minutes from downtown Sedona another option is to do some shopping, or visit the amazing red rocks via Pink Jeep tour. You may even choose to join a few of the ladies who'll likely gather to watch the Super Bowl.
Day 4 – Monday, February 5
Join the group for your final breakfast and farewell photos at 89 Agave. Then prepare to return home relaxed, restored, renewed, and of course, as a Well Diva.
Please note - For your total relaxation and privacy, we have secured the entire top floor of the inn with the best views. We have a limited number of single king rooms which are highly recommended for you to fully and peacefully rejuvinate and enjoy your "me time".

"Although it would be hard to just choose one photo ... THIS ONE IS my favorite! It embodies the entire purpose of the event... each of us holding one another's hand to support, encourage and guide our journey in a new direction that includes growth, healing and love of self. Words can't adequately express the impact those three days have had on my life! #priceless Thank you Renee! There truly is a #welldivaeffect"
Frequently asked questions...
What happens if I'm unable to attend after I have registered?Due to the negotiated group rate, all payments are nonrefundable. However trip insurance is an option.
Should I purchase trip insurance? I highly recommend it. If for some reason you are unable to make the trip, your insurance may be able to cover your expenses.
How many guests to a room? 2 guests for double rooms, 1 guest for single
Are children or men welcome? This is an all women and adult only event, and an opportunity for you to focus on you, without your children or significant other.
Can you hold a spot for me?Due to the small size of the group I cannot hold a space for anyone. Your deposit will guarantee your space.
How will I get from the airport to the hotel? A rental car is recommended. Or, once you have booked your airline ticket, mention that you are looking to share a ride in the private Sedona weekend Facebook group so that you can connect with other ladies traveling from the same airport around the same time. Airport transfers are not included in your registration fee, and may cost less if sharing a ride.Typically the ladies have connected to ride together.
What airport should I fly into? Flagstaff is closer but Phoenix (2 hour drive) may be cheaper. It's a beautiful drive either way.
Is this a detox retreat? No. It's not even your typical "retreat" but more of a wellness weekend, meaning that we will focus on gaining healthy habits that we can incorporate into a healthy lifestyle. We are not removed from civilization yet still in a peaceful location. We will learn about healthy cooking but will not be restricting our diet to detox foods during the weekend. This is a time for self care. New experiences will be offered but nothing will be forced on you that you don't want.
What is the weather like in February? Typically days are beautifully sunny and in the low to mid 60's. Nights are chilly, normally in the 40's.
Sedona is equal parts rugged, equal parts resort. Regarded by Native Americans as sacred, Sedona continues to be recognized as a place of healing and spiritual renewal. Many come to experience the vortex energy centers of Sedona. Others want to prowl the 40-plus art galleries lining the streets, or to receive soothing treatments from the dozens of spa facilities. Most recently, with its nearby vineyards and tasting rooms, Sedona has emerged as a destination for wine enthusiasts.
Sedona is located in Arizona’s high desert, blessed with four mild seasons plus abundant sunshine and clean air thanks to its 4,500 feet of elevation. Almost the entire world knows that Sedona is an exceptionally beautiful place. Characterized by massive red-rock formations and Creek Canyon, Sedona earned its nickname “Red Rock Country” from the surrounding sandstone monoliths: Coffeepot, Cathedral and Thunder. Sunrise and sunsets illuminate the area in rich, fiery hues, making it easy to see why some view the place as a spiritual Mecca.
