Well Hello, Diva! I’m Renée and I’m glad you found your way here to get to know a bit about me.
I’m a registered dietitian, plant based chef, wife, mom, and I love to laugh more than anything. I created Well Diva Lifestyle to help ladies design a life that makes them happy, healthy and fly. Basically, I teach women to be Divas about their health and wellness. We have no problem being picky about and spending money on the things that make us look good on the outside, but when it comes to health, we as a people often put that on the back burner or want to be cheap about it. That is NOT okay! If you haven’t figured out yet that your health is your wealth, I can help with that mental block. Speaking of mental blocks, if you spend any time around me you’ll find that I’m concerned about way more than your nutrition and cooking skills. I am quick to point you towards a healthier mindset too.
Renée Mitchell Simpson, RDN is a graduate of Spelman College in Atlanta, GA, where she received her B.A. in Psychology, and Life University, Marietta, GA where she obtained her B.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics.
